Dr. Balogun, obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology, from Prairie View A&M University.  After graduating from college, Dr. Balogun earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College.  His hospital and clinic rotation were done at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas and at the Moody Health Center.

Dr. Balogun is board certified by the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  Dr. Balogun has served as an Adjunct professor in Anatomy and Physiology at the Houston Community College.
